She does this by guiding her clients to go deep within for self-discovery and growth. Whether it is building a business, working on personal goals, or feeling more comfortable in one’s own skin, Lyndie’s mission is to empower her clients to grow and become the best version of themselves.

He also has experience writing as a journalist for startups in tech and logistics. He is the author of several books of poetry, as well as interactive-fiction for youth. Over the years, he has innovated writing processes to foster reflection and insight, narrative strength, and authentic voice.
